I think I figured out how to tell the diff between laminates. I have put up postings asking for help in choosing a good laminate without paying a fortune but I didn't get any responses so I decided to search some more on the internet. I came across an article from a mag stating that the differences in the lams are the warranties. 10 year- ok lam, 15year- better lam, 20-30 year best lams. With this in mind I think I'm ready to buy. I need to paint the entire upstairs first and then put in the flooring. That's where you guys come in. When I put the flooring down I'm sure that I am going to have alot of questions. I have read a few of the past postings and I know you guys/gals are extremely helpful with info. I am still kind of a newbie here but I love this forum. I am a pretty handy person and know I can do it (seems pretty easy, just snap and click, right) but it's nice to know that I have backup. Thanks and I'll be posting soon.
