We are moving our dryer from the basement to a spare room on the ground-level. I'm a fairly handy person, but I've never done this before and I'm not sure what I need to do to install the vent to the outside. The process of cutting through the wall is a little intimidating and I want to make sure I do it correctly. Any tips or steps I should follow would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!:thumbup:

what is the wall made of and how far do you have to go to get to the wall from where the dryer will be placed?
