Unplug it from the wall and leave it unplugged overnight. This will reset it if there is no hardware damage.

Unfortunately it could be any number of components, not the least of which could be the power supply or something else dragging it down. Even if you find and replace a bad internal fuse, it may just pop again the minute you plug it in.

If it does, or if the fuse(s) check out OK, it's time to take it to the shop.

I'm Gonna Try And Fix It Myself I've Done A Few In The Past...just Thought I'd Speed Up The Process If Someone Out Knew Of Any Known Issues With That Model.

Half seriously, it is an RCA. If it is more than a few years old, I might forget it.
