I have a Zenith model Z35H86R. I turn my TV off last night when, I woke up this morning and turn the TV back on. I had no sound no picture.If, I push menu on my remote add/delete,picture color, auto program,audio options etc displays. please help can't afford another TV.

First of all, make sure the TV/AV input selector switch didn't get switched to "AV" instead of TV. You might also try unplugging the TV for a few minutes, then plugging it in and trying it again. Are you on cable or antenna? Do you have a portable TV you can plug into the antenna/cable to make sure you are getting a signal?

A few things to try:

-Make sure the brightness didn't get turned down all the way.

-If your TV is on a channel that has no signal for it, you might get a blank blue or black picture.

-Is there a VCR, video game, cable box, or other device connected to the TV that is still on?
