Hi,
Can someone tell me what the FC code on a Montronics keypad stands for? I just started receiving it. When I open the door, it comes on for a little while and then goes away. I haven't called Montronics yet because I no longer subscribe to their service so I don't want to get the whole sales pitch. Any help would be appreacited.

If it's an Ademco design panel, then it means "failure to communicate". It means that either you no longer have a telephone line connected, or Monitronic's receiver is no longer connecting with the alarm.
