Help! Have lots of experience with Moose Z-1100e and several extra Moose LCD extra keypads... now in new home with ADT Safewatch Custom...

Have just moved into a new home. I was excited at first to see that the panel was a Moose Z-1100e, which I have programmed countless times, and of which I even have a few active installs (old house, work, etc) and extra LCD keypads for.

Then I found I could not get into it with the normal programming methods. The normal Moose programming code didn't work, and the programming switch on the board was missing. (apparently by design)

Further investigation revealed this is a customized for ADT moose panel with custom communication features and custom programming.

To boot, I am afraid the standard Moose Z1100 keypads that I have a few extra of may not work with this panel either.

Please describe how I can enter programming mode. I am pretty sure with my z1000e programming manual and some good guessing I could program exit delays etc if I can just get in. My wife is in a wheelchair, so we need somewhat longer delays.

Thank you so! Also please comment on whether my standard Moose LCD keypads will work with this ADT Moose system.

The keypads should be compatible, those keypads were the one constant through the lifespan of the Moose design.

Hmmm, no program switch....Some of those systems modified for ADT from that era have a lot of "gotcha" modifications.

There is no telling just what is hardwired with this thing and what isn't. I know that their version of the Z900 has a different program map than the standard Moose model.

You can try typical numbers like 6321 as the code, but this one may be ready for the pasture.
