I have nothing for you man. If you websearch using the phrase "listening device detection" you will find a few commercial products, but other than the old AM radio squeal trick, which will only detect a pretty crude active transmitter, there aren't really any _easy_ methods with modern digital devices.

Check on ebay there are bug detectors all over there.
