with my 7845cv2 i only had to use 4 wires off the panel. now with the 7845gsm I have to add another transformer and another 2 wires. there is no way to stick with 4 wires and jump them over and drop the voltage down?

The two wires from the transformer are AC voltage. The 4 panel wires are (2) DC (2) Data.

yup i just ran another 24/4 wire. that should do fine right?

Yes. It's only a 15VA transformer, 35ma normal draw.
