Hello. My Performa washer is not spinning on the normal rinse cycles. I will fill and agitate, just not spin. It will, however, spin on the extra rinse cycle. I have looked at the belt and taken the cover off of the control panel, but I don't really know what to look for. Everything seems normal. Nothing really jumps out at me as being disconnect or loose.

Since it does spin on certain cycles, Motors and belts can be reasonably ruled out.

The wiring diagram and some electrical checks are necessary at this point, But suspect something in the timer, or control area.
