Made the mistake of buying a used washer dryer combo.
Got taken for my money.
Anyways...heres the deal.
Washer pumps water into the tank just fine.
When it goes to start the spin, theres a hum and then it stops. few seconds later, it hums again, then stops.
By this point i was afraid, so i shut it off.
Doesn't appear to have a drive belt at all, looks like the motor is directly attached to the drum.
Think the motor is bad?
And if so, where the HECK can i find a replacement???
I've looked all over.
Here is the model number on this 75lbs hunk o' metal.

I looked, but couldn't find your model...when you say "combo", do you mean two separate machines? ( or is it like my LG- one machine that washes and dries)?

Well, they are two separate machines.
The Washer is now working.
Jostled it around while trying to a look inside, and plugged it all back in, and boom. Agitated.
Now the dryer...after almost killing myself, i had to find the PROPER power points. this didnt come with a power cable so i had to go buy one.
I cant figure out what size screws go into it tho.
Same thing, Frigidaire Horizon 2000 Dryer.

Lots easier to find when you have that extra zero! Here you go...it's a website with the parts diagram for your model:
http://www.appliancepartspros.com/partsearch/model.aspx?diagram_id=225830&&model_id=109438
(I did find a complaint page that said theirs caught fire, so I'd keep an eye on that thing.
