I have a wall in a small eating area that has been textured with joint compound and then painted creamy white. I like the textured look but would like to do a faux paintng technique with two or three colors that would give more of an old world look. My other walls are a pale peanut butter color. I'm a real novice at this and don't feel up to Venetian Plaster. Would like ideas, suggestions. Thanks.
