I am building an addition in a cold climate (Ontario, Canada) and am considering building using 2X6 construction and insulating with R14 Roxul (mineral wool)and spraying the Roxul with Closed Cell Polyurethane. The intent is to get an Rfactor of about 26 and the benefits of a great seal provided by the polyurethane.

Are there any concerns with this combination?
