I need to change the panel on my spectra xl44 gas range, how hard is this to do? are there any dissambly manuals or can anyone provide some advice?

Never had to remove one myself. Thus I have no helpful advice. A suggestion might be to check with a local appliance parts store that sells the part. Once you see the part, it might provide a clue how it is presently attached.
The parts store may have a service manual. Or be willing to provide advice since you're purchasing a part from them. Most appliance parts dealers are helpful in this aspect.
About all I can suggest....:(
