i have a kohler 12 horse and it will not run above a idle but it starts and run good at a idle and i have shaved the heads 40 thousands can someone give me some help to make it run and full throdle thanks

Sounds like a carburetor problem, but there could be other problems. What engine do you have?

Sounds like you are not getting adequate fuel.

Check the fuel line for cracks which may be draining off the gas when you try to accelerate the engine.

what happens when you give it gas with the throttle. does it die or stall or just stay at the same speed. if it stays the same speed maybe its not the engine but a cable that came loose or broke.
