Can someone tell me if there is any good reason to wait to install my new BR vanity until I put the new floor in? I bought the new vanity because I found a good deal, but I will be replacing the floor (tile or linoleum) within 3-6 months. Thanks.

You have some options. You can install the vanity now and simply tile up to the edge when you redo your floor or you can install the vanity now and remove it when you are ready top redo the floor.

Vanities are usually easy to install or uninstall. IIWM I would install it now.
