I've messed with this for days. The rolling shelf fell off the rail. I can't get it out, I can't get it back on the rail. Surely this has happened before to someone. Please help.

Welcome to the forums! Of course you can see what you have, and we can't, so we have to draw pictures in our brains, and they aren't as good as they once were. How about taking a couple of pictures of the situation and post them on a site such as photobucket.com and give us the urls. That way we will be singing from the same hymnbook.
