Our house is only 14 years old, but the orginal owner put in the cheapest windows possible. In our master bedroom, one of the windows looked "foggy " for a few days, and now there is condensation between the panes of glass (can't be wiped from in or out). In the nursery (a baby is due next month), the windows hardly close and leak a lot of air - warm and cold. I would assume it is time to look for new ones, but we really are unsure of brands, things to watch for, etc. If you could give us some advice, we'd really appreciate it. Our house is center hall colonial with vinyl windows, nothing fancy (35" x 48") - They do not open from the top or anything like that. We really don't know where to start! Thanks in advance!
