I noticed mine disappeared after just a couple of days; I'd like to have it up so others looking in later could offer their opinions. Is there some limit to the amount of time posts can remain visible? I'm new to this site, but see that some (such as in Real Estate Investing Q&A) are from years ago!

If so, it's not deleted. If you are in the Forums page and click on "Brick, Masonry, Asphalt and Concrete" you will see all the posts. Check your user control panel and edit options-check your "thread display options".
