I have a Huskee Quick Cut 42" mower that
will not come out of neutral. It runs and cuts
great, but you can not go in forward or reverse.

Need a bit more info. Can you physically shift the shift lever through the range of motion, or is it actually stuck in neutral? Is or are the transaxle belt(s) on and intact? Is it hydro or standard? Have you had a rear wheel off before this started?
