Doors and Windows - Doorjam Problem

Due to changing weather conditions (I assume), my deadbolt on the front door (as well as the lower latch) will not catch, so that the door will blow open with any wind, and can't be locked. The upper right side of the door (above the locks) shows more gap than the hinge side. How can I realign it, so the locks will line up?

Is the latch and deadbolt higher than the holes in their strike plates, or lower?

The deadbolt is lower than the strike plate.

The first thing I would try is to remove one of the jamb side hinge screws from the top hinge. There will be 4 screws to choose from, remove one of the two that are farthest away from the hinge pin.

Replace that screw with a screw that is 3" long. Deck screw, drywall screw... doesn't matter. As you tighten that screw, it will likely pull the jamb tighter to the stud on that corner, which will slightly raise the door on the latch side. Don't tighten it so much that the screw breaks, however.
