Anyone have any experience dealing with home warranty company denying a claim due to "lack of maintenance". Any successes fighting them. My company has denied my claim and i am looking for recourse. thanks.

What specifically failed and what maintenance do they say was not performed?

the furnace failed...their company says the heat inducer motor failed causing the heat exchanger to become clogged..my tech says the burners failed and that in turn cuased the failure...they are denying the claim citing a lack of maintenace caused consequential damage...my tech says it failed due to normal wear and tear...ive read on numerous sites almost word for word the discussions i have had with them denying other peoples claims
