I have Vertical Blinds installed on the OUTSIDE of a window and would like to install them on the INSIDE and then accent them with drapes. Is there a way, or a company you might suggest, to cut the top rail to size? If not, can these rails be purchased separately at a reasonable price.

The track can be cut down or you may purchase a new track at a vertical blind dealer. Not knowing the size, condition or type of vanes you now have, you may want to price a completely new vertical while you're at it.
