I have a Caloric oven that was working fine until one day it just stopped heating or even lighting. We've replaced the switch that turns on the oven temperature and have also replaced the gas valve. No luck. The oven is for sure getting gas since when changing the valve you could smell it. But when you turn it on, to any temperature, nothing happens. No clicking from the electronic ignition and no gas pouring into the oven. Help.
I'd get a new oven but its a built-in wall oven that's in a size they no longer make and I can't remodel my kitchen now

Hello CantCook and Welcome to the Do It Yourself Web Site and to the Gas Appliances topic.
You mentioned no clicking from the oven igniter. Which implies the oven has a spark igniter that lights a pilot first. The pilot flame then heats an element tube then allows the burner to light.
If the above is correct, chances are the spark module to the spark igniter is burned out. The spark igniter will need to be replaced. Unless there is some physical damage to the spark igniter?
Another rare possibility is the spark module has a fuse. Which is usually located right next to the spark module.
Is there electrical power to the appliance? Does the sparker's to the top burners spark?
Retail parts dealers and appliances parts stores can also help determine what the possible problem may be based upon that specific brand and model. Bring the make, model and serial numbers. Dealers and appliances parts stores are listed in the phone book.
