I have an A frame structured roof and want to remove a load bearing wall. The kitchen/living room is 25 x 20 ft. I am curious if a truss conversion in the attic will support this type ceiling if done on every ceiling joist with 5 supports were put in at center, 9.5 ft(both sides) and 6 ft both sides.

The current ceiling is supported by a 15ft Wall not centered.

Will A truss conversion support this ceiling or should we use a beam down the center where wall is.

Thanks

You won't find a reliable answer on the internet, the only one who can make that determination is a structural engineer who takes a firsthand look at your house.
