I have an AO smith pro max it is a gas water heater and i can light the piolt and put it on the water setting i want and the piolt will come on and turn on the burner to heat the water but it will not heat it where it is supos to and the piolt will not stay on so that it can reheat more water as i use like say i'm washing dishes ans using hot water if i don't relight it i will not have hot water. it is only 2 1/2 years old. what do i need to do or replace.
