kinetico seems to charge outragious prices for repair and doesn't fix the problem. we have had it with kinetico. can anyone suggest who to use when buying parts or needing a fix in eastern washington state on a whole house water softner?

I see from you editing that you change wording for clarity. Thank you for that.

I know it was 4:00am so maybe you were just to groggy.

Now then, what are you talking about? I see no problem, no dilemma, no attempted solutions, no equipment specification, no water issues, no history, no dealer reactions, no alternatives, no pricing, no maintenance issues, no practical means by any notion that you are looking in the right direction.

I do sense frustration, anger and spite, though. Those approaches never worked for me, but maybe they do for you.

"clarity" is a good idea. What are you talking about?
