I wanted to install a honeywell HE220A but do not know where to place it. Below are the pictures of my HVAC unit.
I understand that I have plenty of space on the supply side to install the humidifier, but i don't know where I should put the bypass on the return side. Any advice would be appreciated.

Looks like you got room on the return side to mount the humidifier itself, and run the bypass up into the supply side.

Jay,
sorry I got it backwards in my first post.
I am planning to put the humidifier on the return side (like you suggested), but i am not sure where i should put the bypass on the supply side. Could you please guide me where the bypass connection should go. I don't see any room on the supply side.
Thanks again

Also, can i use the Saddle valve, that came with the installation kit for Honeywell, to tap in to hot water PVC pipes. My home does not have copper pipes the builder used PVC pipes for water.

As in the white PVC?? That is a big no no! PVC is not ment to be used on water line.. Unless you ment by CPVC? (Kinda a almond/cream color)
Honestly, I never seen a whole house done in CPVC, Just copper or PEX.
I would be kinda worried it may shatter or bow if you use the saddle valve. if it turns out you have CPVC, I would then put in a T and put a shut off valve.
