Looking for plans/jigs to make some hand held power tools to do light duty jobs of those stationary ones. Especially

1. convert hand held drill to drill press
2. convert circular saw to table saw
3. convert jig saw to band saw

Any ideas?

#1 - I've seen a conversion kit {?} for sale that uses a portable drill to power a small drill press.

#2 - I doubt that would be safe

#3 - I wouldn't think that would be feasable

Years ago carpenters would sometimes bolt their heavy duty skil saws to a sheet of plywood and nail to a couple of saw horses for support and make a fence to clamp to the plywood for ripping. It was mainly after plywood was introduced to the building industry and table saws were rare.
They used these for long accurate cuts of plywood.
Drills can be converted to drill presses with simple little drill press kits. I have never seen a jig saw converted into band saw. They are entirely different animals.
With the introduction of table top tools most of the home made ideas faded away.
You can completely outfit a small home fixit wood shop with table top drill presses, tabletop saws, routers and bandsaws that can be put away when not being used all for a couple hundred bucks and most would be more accurate then something you might build and far less set up times.
I am sure you can find plans on the internet for changing over hand tools to do other things but short of a router table
most other would be are far more trouble then they are worth.

The cost of buying these tools today is so low compared to when these kinds of alterations were popular is the reason you're having trouble finding plans. The stationary tools are going to have a higher level of precision as well.
