My bathtub mixer isnot supplying water while on bathtub mode. It is supplying both hot and cold water in shower. It seems like water mixer is malfunctioning for the bath tub mode.
What to do, Please help and guide.

You didn't specify whether this is a 1 handle or 3.

My first line of advice would be to do a full rebuild on the faucet, concentrating solely on the diverter stem, the device that controls the flow of water to tub and shower.

Also, is the diverter on the control valve or on the outlet in the tub. It is likely, should it be in the outlet, that it is just lodged in the closed position. Removing the spigot (outlet) and either cleaning or replacing the outlet will solve your problem.
