Any members using induction stove tops?
They look very efficient and cost about the same as a high end gas cooktop.

These are nice stoves, BUT, you can only use iron, magnetic stainless steel, and steel type pans with them.
They are very safe as well, you can put your hand over the burner and you will not feel any heat, UNLESS you have a conductive type jewelry on.
