When replacing a R-22 split system heat pump with a R-410a HP, can the refrigerant lines be re-used if properly cleaned with Nitrogen?

What are the possible dangers of reusing the existing line set?

Thank you in advance for your answers.

I just answered my own question. I found this article, Link:

It makes a very strong case for replacement of the line set but goes through what to do if the replacement is near impossible.

Unless it's just impossible you should replace the line set. The article you posted tells it all.
