Possible but not probable. It depends on the type of glue, if you can get something into the edge of the mirror, the size & thickness. Glass lifting suction cups help and of course experience makes it easy. With some more information, we might be able to help. If you do remove it in one piece, what do you plan to do with it?

What will you do with the wall once you get the mirror off? You will need to remove and replace the sheetrock, tape, sand and repaint the entire wall. Glass is cheap so why sweat breaking it considering the cost of the wall repair?

If you get a long piece of piano wire you may get it off without a bunch of hassle.
Piano wire is a thin braded cable and you would start at one end and pull it back and forth in a sawing motion behind the mirror cutting the adhesive behind it.
