Any ideas on how to replace ONE plank in the middle of the floor?

Sub floor is concrete, so the floor was floated over the concrete on top of a pad.

Thanks

Cut the old one out with a circular saw. start about 1/2" on the inside of the bad plank. Once the old one is out, you will have to cut the t&g portion of the new plank off and glue that one piece in.

Just did the repair, and it came out (almost) perfect. Just a slight (1/32") gap at one end, which drywall dust and dog hair will soon fill!!

Thanks again.
