I Just installed a rheem tankless waterheater I am not getting hot water. have waer flow have gas do not have hot water. help me I need A shower

Most tankless units need .75-1.0 gal/min flow to activate, some shower heads provide less. Does the heater fire if you open the hot water faucet at the bathroom sink and run the shower at the same time?
