I think that the CS350 was a UK/Europe model. If you websearch using the phrase "Aritech CS350 manual" you should hit at least one site with the manuals for a free download.
Assuming that the installer lockout feature was not activated, there is a procedure for factory defaulting the system, but if it _is_ locked out, without the installer/engineer code, you are basically stuck.
