what are the heights of the drain lines and hot and cold water lines that come out of the wall for a bathroom vanity?:confused:

Fro a vanity sink, 18" finish floor to center of drain, supply is usually 2-3" above that. Every pedestal sink is a bit different, follow the manufacturer's instructions or determine by dry-fitting the sink.
