I moved in a newly-purchased home and there is security system DSC PC1555 installed. From useful information on this community forum, I have got now both the Installer code and Master code. Thank you for all the helpful information.

Now I still have some trouble. The (6) red zone lights always on the LED keypad but all the doors are well closed. Trouble light is not there. I tried *2 and trouble light was flashing without showing any error code.
Can anybody help to get rid off the zone lights and get back the green READY light?

Thanks
Ron

If you defaulted the system to get the installer and master codes, then you probably need to change the setting for the eol resistors. See the FAQ for this forum and your manual.

I pressed *8 5555 013 1## and zone lights 1-5 were off. Light #6 is still on though nothing was not actually connected with that zone. If I bypass zone #6, everything would be fine. Obviously I do not want to set bypass every time. How to remove the module #6?

I tried *8 5555 902 ##, but didn't solve the problem.

Ookay, your initial post gave the impression that _all 6_ zones were showing open. It appears that zone 6 alone is open. What openings are on this zone? You either have a zone open, a missing magnet, a bad contact, or a wiring problem.

If you simply close that zone input with a wire jumper and it shows closed, then the problem is with the field wiring, not the control.

If zone 6 is actually not being used, then you program it for zone type 00, which should delete it from the system.
