Could someone tell me how to stop pans from slipping on my new range. They're coated with ceramic (or something close), and this poses a danger. I have leveled the stove to eliminate "that "possibility.
What were they thinking ? Don't engineers test these? It's a wonder nobodys taken them to court for burning themselves or there children.

Hello ugeely. Welcome to the Gas Appliances topic and the Do-It-Yourself Web Site.

I never heard of this problem or condition... If the appliance is now leveled the prior condition should be resolved. Grates will wear in during normal usage.
