Electronic Alarms and Home Security Devices - Partition programming DSC PC1832

Got 2 partitions working with PC5108 Expander
Need 4 Partiitons (have 2 PK5516 LED Keypads)
Zones 1-4 Partition 1 - O.K
Zones 5-6 Partion 2 - O.K
Zones 7-8 Partion 3
Zones 9-16 Partion 4

If I program 2 partitions all zones work 1 to 16
but when I try a 3rd partition can't get the zones to show up on keypad.

Keypad 1 Partition/Slot tried 01, 11, ect it always worked the same.

Keypad 2 Partition/Slot tried 02, 12, ect it always worked the same.

programmed Function Key 1 for partition 1
2 for partition 2
3 for partition 3 (27)
4 for partition 4 (28)
when I push Function key 1 get status of partition 1 O.K. can arm and disarm with programmed code for that partition.

when I push Function key 2 get status of partition 2 O.K. can arm and disarm with programmed code for that partition.

when I push Function key 3 get status of partition 1 again?
same for function key 4.

My codes are assigned to the partitions..

Manual says 4 partitions for this panel (PC1832)

What Am I Missing?

All I can think of is for you to check the codes you have programmed for the function keys. Based on the information provided, you have programmed what you need for the zones to be partitioned out.
