Hello, just installed a new toilet in our upstairs bathroom. Everything looks to be fine, no leaks that the eye can see but there is some kind of problem still. After the toilet is flushed and the tank is filled back to the water line, it slowly keeps filling. I cannot figure out what's wrong with it. Any suggestions?
