Our Washing Machine Will Turn On And Start Cycle But Wont Spin Nor Drain. It Sounds Stuck. When You Turn On Spin It Makes A Noise Very Brief And Then Nothing. Any Recommendations? Help Need To Do Wash.

Assuming the machine is a top loader, it sounds like either the lid switch is bad or maybe the pump is jamming when the motor reverses direction. Here's a lnk with info about the machine:
