after flushing my water saver toilet, there's a dripping sound sometimes...........removed the tank cover, everything looks okay......nothing leaking onto the floor..........so what gives? it does NOT drip all day, just for awhile after flushing. i love apartment life.......................

Sounds as if the flapper has died or gone through rigor. Reach in and feel it as you flush. Is is still pliable or did it turn your hand black? If so, replace it.
