I have an ademco 10se, in a large house, the stock siren is no loud enough compared to a nieghbors house 3 houses away that I can hear clearly throughout the house. I want to be able to get the max decibals - ear-splitting siren. What specs should I look at in a siren.

You want to look at the rated dB and/or watts. The piezo sounders that came in some of the Ademco "kits" really aren't that loud. Most decent heavyduty interior sirens run about 100 dB.

Any specific siren you'd recomend? I want the loudest yet budget wise siren. That is completely compatible with my system.

30 watt siren will put out plenty of noise, and the cost is around 30.00 in canada cheeper in U.S.
install it in a roof vent or in duct work to produce alot of noise in the house no need for siren box then.
