I have purchased an apartment.
In the purchase agreement the builder has quoted 1275 sq ft super built-up area and 1125 built-up area.
When we got it measured by the builder himself the built-up area is 1100. The builder is reluctant to reduce the money for 25 sq ft. Is there anything that can be done?

You can back out without penalty...

Unless the purchace price is per square foot price,I wouldn't think you would have a lot of recourse.
