hi, i got my house about 3 years ago with a new hp and have had nothing but BS with it. the hp will freezes up on the out side about 2" thick, every time it get really cold outside(below 30). when it freezes it just blows worm air and will not heat my house, it just keeps running. i've got 2 little kid and this is not good. if any one has any ideas :thinker: let me know, Thanks :wall:

Id say call a tech to check it out. Sounds like the defrost board can be bad. Also could be low freon charge. Filter and coil clean ???? The electric elements should kick in when the pump cant warm the home.
