The insulation that lines the interior walls of the oil furnace is coming off and is falling down into the flu or combustion chamber. When cutting the furnace on, after about 2 minutes smoke starts coming out of the grill. I looked at the bottom of the furnace but do not see any access to clean any debris out. It also is not accessible from the top. It has a Beckett burner, not sure which brand of furnace. Any suggestions?

The best, and only, advise I can offer on this is to call a professional. Do not run the furnace until the pro can look at it. You could have something seriously wrong.:alarm:
