Yah, I have a mobile home with a Coleman furnace so I must go with a stand alone unit.
I just purchased an Aprilaire 360. My question deals with the water supply. According to install instructions I'm going to need .5 GPM flow at less than 140 degrees.
My hot water heater is 40 feet away but I do have a hot water supply under the sink in the cabinet where the 360 unit will be installed.
The problem is this.... It does not matter whether I go directly from the water heater or from the sink H line, I'm thinking the water temp will be nowhere near 140 at the unit. So, I have been looking for a small 120 15A tank to put at the unit that can feed direct. BUT...I cannot find anything.
Instant hot water units have a 140 degree minimum which is my maximum! Disensers have a button or valve that must be used for water and I obviously can't just stand there pushing or turning. LOL!
So does anyone know of something that would work for me. I only need a 6 GPH flow rate.
I'beginning to think I'm gonna have to use a coffee pot with a flow switch installed.
Thanks

Where/how are you putting this unit in? Sounds like a lot of work for a mobile home.
According to install instructions I'm going to need .5 GPM flow at less than 140 degrees.
With that info, it means you can use water temp that will be less than 140˚, not more. so if your hot water doesn't get that hot , no big deal.
