Hi:
The device seems to me like surge-protector, however I looked at the back of the device, ... it says, ....
RELOCATABLE POWER TAP
125V 15A 60Hz
I purchased the above device from Home-Depot and used it mostly outside hooking-up grass-wackers and electrical-tools during warmer weather, from Spring to Fall.
However, I started wondering whether this device can also be used for 'surge-protector' for PCs and printers. I paid about $25 and it's well-built and sturdy.
Is this device used for ONLY tools and outdoor equipment, such as trimmers and grass-wackers?
Thanks,

I doubt that it offers surge protection if it doesn't specifically say it does.
