My snow blower was working and stalled out, I changed the spark plug and it would turn over then stall out. I did this 3-4times now it won't even start. Help

You need to clean the carb. Common problem on snowblowers since they sit all summer. Your carb is Gummed up. Today's gas is only good for 6 weeks before it starts to turn to varnish.
