I have a propane hot water heater with the powerflex exhaust system. The blower continues to run long after the heater flame has gone out and the unit is on pilot. The blower can run for hours on pilot?

What type of controller do you have on the unit?
The blower is in a circuit with the operating sequence. If it continues to run, it usually indicates a failure with the controller. Is there a pre-purge?

I will have to check my manual to see what kind of controller is on the unit. Thanks for answering the question.
